What to expect from the service?
Glencairn Consulting Suites is a private practice.
A doctor’s referral is required before an appointment can be made to see one of our specialists. If referring to a psychologist, a GP Mental Health Plan is also required.
Referrals must be received by the practice before an appointment can be made. The referral should outline the following details:
- doctor’s provider number, practice name and address details
- detailed description of the patient’s condition/issues, current medication and any other relevant information to assist with the treatment of the patient
- patient’s phone contact details, so we can contact them directly to make an appointment
What do I bring/need for my appointment?
- Medicare card
- Health Care card
- The names of any medications that you are currently taking
- Any reports or other documents about you that you think may be relevant to the consultation
