Ian Brand Residential Care, located at Bundoora Centre, Northern Health. This is a 30-bed facility that consists of 18 permanent residents and 12 Bed Based Transition Care Beds. All rooms are single accommodation with shared bathrooms.

Ian Brand Residential Care is a public sector residential aged care facility. Our management and staff are committed to providing quality care with 24-hour nursing care and access to GP services which provides peace of mind for residents and their families. Our philosophy is about encouragement, kindness and compassion, and to uphold dignity, privacy, and comfort. Nursing care is provided to our residents by Registered Nurses Division 1 and Enrolled Nurses. Our team works with residents and their family members to meet their individual needs and wishes.

Ian Brand Residential Care is fully accredited and offers the following services:

• Single bedrooms with shared bathrooms
• 24-hour emergency call system available from all bedrooms and living areas
• Resident focused care with trained staff, including a Registered Nurse, on duty 24 hours per day.
• Spacious garden areas and pathways, undercover outdoor seating
• Hairdressing, and on-site laundry services are available
• Allied Health services including physiotherapy are available on site and access is available to visiting podiatrist, specialists (including eye care) as required
• General Practitioners and Lifestyle Enhancement Program
